·         Program 1 – The Men’s Center:

o    Program – Emergency Transient Lodging

o    Description: Provides spiritual, physical, emotional, and material aid. 40 Hour per week work/therapy program. Provides shelter, clothing, personal items, and 3 meals per day. A weekly allowance is given as well. Lasts for 9-12 months, depending on the level of need. Each day begins with meeting, devotion, and prayer. Transitional Shelter is also available in the case of emergency situations. Provides 14 nights of lodging from 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 a.m. Clean clothes, 3 hot meals a day Eligibility: Abstinence from habit forming substances, must be 18 or older to enroll, sober upon application, resident of Lycoming or within 60 mile radius. o    Program – Men’s Center Program

o    Description: Designed to provide an individual an extended stay in which to re-evaluate themselves personally, materially and spiritually. Shelter, clean clothing, personal items, 3 hot meals is provided daily. A 40 hour per week work therapy routine is part of the Men’s Center Program; providing the individual the opportunity to learn basic work skills and relevant relations, giving the client emotional satisfaction of becoming productive to society.  Strict adherence to the Center's Rules and Regulations determine the length of stay for an individual, but normally is 90 days to 9 months.
Target population: homeless man and/or displaced men from anywhere (including Clinton County)
Age Range: 18 and older
Eligibility requirements: total abstinence from any habit-forming substance – if disregarded, is grounds for immediate dismissal
Costs: none, but if a client establishes income then there will be a percentage as a program service fee.

  • Program 2 – The Love Center:

    • Program - The Love Center and Soup Kitchen
    • Description: The Love Center helps to alleviate some of the misery for those that find themselves in emergency situations such as near homelessness, lack of food and adequate clothing, utility shut-off notice etc. The Love Center also operates a soup kitchen Monday through Friday serving a hot meal between 11:00am to 12:30pm. A food pantry provides individuals and families with a 3-day emergency supply of groceries from 9:00am-11:00am and 12:00pm-2:30pm Monday through Wednesday . The Clinton County Care project was recently started by networking with officials from Clinton County in efforts to alleviate homelessness and near homelessness.
      Target population: General Public that find themselves in an emergency situation of hunger and homelessness or in danger of becoming homeless

  • Program 4 - Saving Grave Shelter

    • Description:“An emergency answer to an emergency need” 24 beds are available for 30 days of lodging, free breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. Hours:4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Program 5 - ARW Church

    • Description:Sunday worship service at 11:00 a.m., Bible studies held throughout the week for various age levels. Hours:Youth Making a Change Ages: 12-18, Tuesday at 6:00p.m. Rescue Kidz Ages: 5-11, Wednesday 6:00p.m.-7:15p.m.
