  • Program 1:
    Description: Family Planning Services offers family planning information and supplies, Routine gynecological exams, Appropriate laboratory tests (including Pap smears and STD screening), Pregnancy testing and fertility awareness, Breast and cervical cancer screening, Genetics screening and referral, Sterilization counseling and referral, Special programs for pregnant and parenting teens, Community education and outreach programs.

  • Program 2:
    Description: STD Clinic offers Screening and diagnosis for certain sexually transmitted diseases, Treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, condyloma (genital warts), bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis and HIV counseling, testing and referrals.
    Target population: Sexually active men and women
    Age Range: All ages
    Costs: Free and Confidential
    Days/times: Wednesday 5 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.Thursday 1:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M

  • Program 3:
    Description: Healthy Woman Project gives a breast and cervical cancer screening program for women age 40 and over who are of low income, uninsured or underinsured. Women under the age of 40 can also be eligible if they meet certain criteria, such as having a previous abnormal clinical breast exam or abnormal cervical Pap test. Eligible women receive free breast and cervical cancer screenings, including clinical breast exam and breast self exam education, cancer education including risk factors, pelvic exam and Pap smear, screening or diagnostic mammography and other diagnostic testing as indicated, including breast biopsies, follow-up and treatment.

    Costs: Free, if meet income eligibility requirements
    Days/times: Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. 1st and 3rd Wednesday of month,

  • Program 4:
    Description: Prenatal Center offers Comprehensive prenatal care, including post-partum care, for pregnant women regardless of their ability to pay. Comprehensive services include Healthy Beginnings Plus program, Nutrition counseling by a registered dietitian, including diet and vitamins, Social Services, Home visits, Drug and alcohol referral services, Outreach services, High-risk consultation, Smoking Cessation, Parenting education, and Childbirth education classes.
    Target population: Pregnant Women
    Age Range: all ages
    Eligibility requirements: none
    Costs: Medical Assistance and certain private insurance accepted. Service is not denied because of inability to pay.
