Program 1:
Description: The Early Intervention Program provides educational and therapeutic services to children from birth through school aged with disabilities. Infant Development Program also provides developmental screenings and evaluations, educational instruction, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, vision therapy, hearing therapy, family services,parent training and parents support.
Target population: Parents, Children
Age Range: birth to age 5
Eligibility requirements: child must have a special need

Days/times: Monday-Friday 8am-3pm

Program 2
Description: PA Elks Home Service Project supports and promotes the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities. (delete-for their clients home.) The PA Elks Nurse can assess needs and help access equipment for in the clientís home, while assisting with finding activities and supports within the community.
Target population: Parents and Children with a disability

Eligibility requirements: must have disability

Special information: Services are provided by a Registered Nurse in the eligible personís home environment.

Program 3:
Description: The Stepping Stones Preschool is a developmentally appropriate, play preschool. Stepping Stones Preschool provides the unique opportunity of an inclusive environment for those of typical development and those with special needs to play and learn together. Classes are offered year round.
Target population: Children ages three to five
Age Range: three to five
Eligibility requirements: None
Costs: $22-$27/week

Program 4:
Description: P.A.C.T. (Parents and Children Together) Parenting Program is a parenting program available to families to provide support and guidance. Services and workshops are provided in a center-based and home-based setting.
